The SEVENTH SEAL

If you have not previously studied the "Revelation of the Seven Seals" by Brother
William Branham this lesson is not for you.
7 Heavenly Messenger Part 1
In 1963 near Tucson, Arizona, Brother William Branham was caught up into a consultation of
7 angels (angel's means: earthly or heavenly messengers). They told him to return to
Jeffersonville, Indiana and there they would make known to him the revelation of the
Seven Seals. These 7 angels were 7 spirits from church ages history, returning
in their theophany bodies (their spirit of God), to finish their message. These were the 7 spirits
of God. There are at least 5 reasons why 6 of the 7 church age messengers did not
complete their ministries while on earth. 1.) Because they did not live long
enough. 2.) Because the truth was to die in the dark ages, and be restored,
during the reformation. 3.) The seventh angel's message would be the one to
finish the mysteries of God. REVELATION 10:7 But in the days of the voice of
the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished,
as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. 4.) If they had
preached their individual revelation in it fullness the rapture would have taken place too soon.
5.) REVELATION 10:4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices,
I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those
things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. John the revelator
saw the seals open but, he was told not to write what he saw. So it is consistent
with scripture that these angels had a message from God (a seal) but it was not permitted
by God for them to know, or to make known, their complete revelation while living on earth.
For John the revelator was told the mysteries would not be revealed until the last age.
(End Reasons) The church history angel messengers were, Saint Paul, Irenaeus, Martin, Columba, Luther,
and John Wesley.
7 Heavenly Messenger Part 2
March 1963 in Jeffersonville, Indiana each angel (7 spirits of God) ministered through Brother
Branham, one angel per night, the correct revelation of their seal, over a period of seven nights.
THE SEVENTH SEAL Now, have you noticed the mysterious parts of this week? That's what it is. That's
what it's been. It's been, not a human being, a man; it has been the Angels of the Lord THE SEVENTH
SEAL What is it? It's been the Holy Spirit sending down these messengers, and they have been
revealing it to us. We will compare a little of the 5th and 6th church age messenger's misunderstanding
of scriptures while on earth with the same end-time revelation of the same 5th and 6th Seal.
Martin Luther, 1520 AD -1750 AD, THE FIFTH SEAL Did you know Martin Luther kinda had that
same idea, too? It's the truth. He said, "All Jews should be taken out. They're antichrist." See?
But he was just under another dispensation, and didn't see it--didn't see the Word. Now, the Word
of Truth comes forth. When Martin Luther returned in his theophany (spirit), his revelation was that the Jews were God's people and white robes had been given to them for the testimony they held. John Wesley 1750 AD - 1906 AD, It was more than
the second work of grace, the sanctification message that John Wesley had preach
in his earthly ministry, for at the opening of the end-time 6 seal it was a full
3 fold revelation concerning sanctification of the 1.) the 144,000
Jews, 2.) the Foolish Virgin Church, and 3.)
the world purging itself getting ready for the millennium. Sanctification means, "To set
apart". Which is, NUMBER 1.) 144,000 Jews coming out of Israel and
NUMBER 2.) and the foolish virgins coming out of the church and NUMBER 3.)
the new world coming out of the old world. The same further revealing applies also to
the other four church age messenger's messages.
Thunders
A thunder is a voice and a voice interpreted is a message. REVELATION 6:1 And I saw when the Lamb
opened one of the seals, (first seal) and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the
four beasts saying, Come and see. When each messenger when forth on earth with his earthly
message there was a thunder, one for each 7 ages. But in Revelation the 10 chapter all the thunders
sound again at one time. THE SEVENTH SEAL What happens is that those seven thunders that he
heard thunder and was forbidden to write, that's what the mystery is laying behind those seven
consecutive thunders rolling out. These 7 thunders were the 7 theophany messengers all
sounding at one time. They were speaking through the earthly 7th angel,
making the thunders ...that would developed after March 1963 into the seventh thunder (the full understanding of the Word of God).
THE SEVENTH SEAL Notice, there was only one great burst of thunder, and seven Angels appeared.
Is that right? One burst of thunder, seven Angels appeared. And I saw the Lamb when He had opened
the First Seal, and I heard as it was a voice of a thunder, and one of the four beasts said, Come
and see. Notice, one thunder, seven messages that's been sealed up and cannot be revealed until
the last day, at this age. See what I mean?
The 7th Angel had no Message of his own
REVELATION 8:1 And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven
about the space of half an hour. Time in the Bible is always dispensational. John
the revelator called 2000 years the Lord's Day. This around "half an hour" is
around half a dispensation. Because Brother Branham had a combination of an earthly ministry
and heavenly ministry together (unlike all the other 7 messengers). But because Brother
Branham had no message of his own (no new heavenly revelation) there was silence, at the
opening of the 7th seal. ANOTHER WAY OF LOOKING AT THIS IS, it could NOT be told by the
7th earthly angel because; it is a spiritual revelation from God straight to the heart of
each individual believer. God Himself is to make It known in silence hearts. ANOTHER WAY
OF LOOKING AT THIS IS, the prophet was silence in the grave during the last half of his
ministry (the heavenly half time). ANOTHER WAY OF LOOKING AT THIS IS, heaven
will be silence for all the gospel noise will be going on inside the Bride on earth, .,.etc.
THE SEVENTH SEAL The hour isn't quite yet for it, but it's moving into that cycle. See?
It's coming up close. So the thing for you to do is to remember that I speak to you in the
Name of the Lord:. There are at least 2 reasons why Brother Branham did not
tell us directly what that 7 Seal silence meant. 1.) God told him
not to. THE SEVENTH SEAL page 563 "I'll meet you there." And said, "This will be the
third pull, (more on the third pull below) and you won't tell it to nobody."2.) He like Jesus never pointed to himself.
3 Pulls Part 1
The 7th angel's Word ministry was broke into 3 stages or three different times of Brother
Branham earthly life, as he called it ...3 pulls. His life's mission was to finish the
ministry of the other 6 messengers. His seal (the 7th) began in 1909, the date of his birth,
which is when his theophany came to him. He did not know this until, he like us, received
knowledge of the new birth. In other ages they die and when to their theophany but in this
last Word restoring age the theophany body comes to us (see lesson on theophanies) Later in his life when
caught into the consultation of 7 angels he recognized his angel (theophany) along with his
life's calling. THE SEVENTH SEAL Here it is. The one with the Seventh Seal, the
thing that I've wondered all my life. Brother Branham explained after meeting these
7 angels that his life's work, which is the 7th seal (singular), had these 3 pulls, peaks,
or high points to it. And that he, at that time believed he was entering into the 3 pull
(highest point) of his life. He was dead earnest about finishing this mission. From 1963
till his going home in December of 1965 we believe he accomplished his desire. From the
start of Brother Branham's life, that 7th spirit, his theophany, was with him, however, it
was lacking in understanding to him till the mystery of the Seventh Seal where made known to
him.
3 Pulls Part 2
THE SEVENTH SEAL ...even ends the ushering in of the millennium; that's on the Seventh
Seal. It's just like firing a rocket into the air, and that rocket explodes here, and it
goes up, then it explodes again. It puts out five stars. One of those stars explodes and
blows out five stars from it; and then one of them stars explodes, blows out five stars
from it (See?); it fades on out. That's what the Seventh Seal; it just ends the time for
the world. It ends the time for this. It means the time for that. It ends the time for
this. It ends the time... Everything just ended up on that Seventh Seal. The
church ages, world order, nature as we have known it for 6 thousand years, the trumpets,
the vials, and even our time, comes to an end during the last part of the 7th seal, the 3
pulls, for that the stage Brother Branham left the church in, a prophetic stage. This
message (God's message) will live on, till Christ set on the Throne of David in the millennium.
So that Brother Branham would not miss his ministry
The Lord Jesus wanting his servant NOT to miss his life's calling gave him a vision beforehand
concerning meeting these 7 angels. Little birds came first in the vision, and then larger
doves followed, after that came 7 snow white angels with wings (wings on angels relates to
spiritual things). There are many different ways the Lord revealed to Brother Branham his
life's calling; here is a couple of those ways.
FEAST OF THE TRUMPETS
Then one
day in Sabino Canyon, while God called me early in the morning up there, I was up with my
hands in the air, praying, and a sword came into my hands. You know that. I stood there and
looked at it, just natural as my hand is now. Not knowing what it meant, and it was left
me with a Voice that said, "This is the Sword of the King." And then, later when the Angel
of the Lord revealed it, It was the Word in the hand. Immediately after that, the Angels
of the Lord appeared and told about the Seven Trumpets--or the Seven Seals; and I was to
return back here to Jeffersonville and preach the Seven Seals. And there if I've ever
said anything that was inspired, it was in that. There where the Angel of the Lord met
us in a... The Bible become a new Bible. There It opened up and revealed all the things
that the reformers and things had left out. It was the complete revelation of Jesus Christ,
altogether new to us, but perfectly, exactly with the Scripture. That was the Word which
has always been. I was so inspired and directed.
THE SEVENTH SEAL
And did you notice that one Angel, I said in there, was a strange Angel? He
looked more to me than any of the rest of them. You remember that? They were in a
constellation--three on a side and one on top. And the one right next to me here, counting
from the left to the right, would've been the seventh Angel. He was brighter, meant more
to me than the rest of them. You remember, I said he had his chest out like that, and was
flying eastward. You remember like that? And I said, "It picked me up, lifted me up." Do
you remember that? Here it is. The one with the Seventh Seal, the thing that I've wondered
all my life. Amen. Them other Seals meant a lot to me, of course, but, oh, you don't know
what this has meant. For one time in life... I prayed; I cried out to God. I--I--I--after
that Phoenix meeting, any of the people there with me know; I laid in the mountains. One
morning I got up and went up in Sabino Canyon; it's a great rugged high mountains. And I'd
went up in there, and there was a little foot trail after you lead off--go on up into
Lemmon Mountain which is a thirty mile walk, and there about thirty foot of snow up there.
So, up in the mountain real early before day, going up through this little foot trail,
rolling rocks along, I felt led to turn this a-way. And I turned and went up into some
great jagged rocks, oh, my, hundreds of feet high. And I knelt down between those rocks.
I laid down this Bible and laid down this book, this little tablet. I said, "Lord God, what
does this vision mean?" I'm--I'm--I'm... I said, "Lord, does it mean my dying?" (You
remember I told you I thought it might mean my death, 'cause something exploded till
it just shook me to pieces. You remember. How many knows--have heard it was? Why, sure,
all of you.) And I thought it could mean my death. And then in the room, I said,
"Was--what--what--what was it, Lord. What--what does it mean? Does it mean I'm going
to die? If it is, all right; I won't tell my family. Just let me go on (See?), if my
work's finished." And I said... Now, what was it? But He sent a witness back (You remember
me telling you?) that it wasn't that, it was a furtherment of my work.
What happen March 18th to March 24th 1963
Since we have spoken that the 7th Seal (7th annointing spirit) was Brother Branham life's calling, we want to expound
upon these 7 nights. Each night Brother Branham preached one of the seals. But on the last
night, on the 7 seal he declares that seal was not made known. Better said, he declared it
had sounded but the interpretation was not revealed that night. But he did say, it would
be known in the 3 pull of his life. We believe that 3 pull started a couple months after
March's event around June of 1963. CHRIST IS THE MYSTERY OF GOD REVEALED Not knowing (of course, being
spiritual, you watch spiritual things)--not knowing this, God knows it. But if you'll turn
and look at the clock, it's on the dot 2 o'clock: the end of the Second Pull, the Third
Pull is at hand. The rest of Brother Branham's life after March 24, 1963 was
dedicated to preaching what these seven angels had thundered to him. IS THIS SIGN OF THE
END SIR (this 1962 sermon contain a prophecy concerning him meeting 7 angel before it happen,)
Is that really them seven thunders fixing to utter out something that the
little group that He's gathered together will receive a rapturing faith to go in the rapture
when He comes; for we'll be changed as quick as those Angels come: in a moment, in the
twinkling of an eye, and shall be caught up together with those that is asleep to meet the
Lord in the air. March 18th to March 24th 1963, these 7 nights was an index of
his life work, every other sermon during his remaining days on earth originate from these
seven nights.
MALACHI 4:5-6
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
ZECHARIAH 14:7
But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
HOSEA 6:2-3
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.
Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.
REVELATION 10:1-7
And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow [was] upon his head, and his face [was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and [his] left [foot] on the earth,
And cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
REVELATION 3:14-22
And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and [that] the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Closing
We have tried to explain the Seventh Seal (it is not easy to do), we hope this has not
been confusing. Simply said, the seventh seal was Brother Branham earthly ministry just
like the others seals where the other six earthly messenger's message.
